Bike Delivery (UK) - Free

We offer free UK delivery on our bikes and e-Scooters. We use a ‘Next Day’ service for our shipping, however, deliveries can take 3 working days to arrive with you from order point dependent on the time of day you order and the status of the item. Wherever possible, if ordered before midday, we aim to get it to you by the next day (not including weekends and bank holidays).

We offer UK ‘Next Day’ delivery on all our products as standard. Delivery is free for orders over £99.00 and £7.50 for orders under £99.00.

International Ordering & Delivery

We are able to ship outside of the UK, however, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay the packaging, shipping, customs and duty fees. If we ship a bike outside of the UK, we can remove the 20% VAT from the price.

When shipping outside of the UK, payment must be by international bank transfer. We cannot accept any other forms of payment.

Signed for Deliveries 

All orders are sent via a courier of our choice and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All deliveries will need to be signed for, whether yourself, household member or a neighbour.

Failed Deliveries

If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier service will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.

The item will be returned to LIOS if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on two occasions.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

Incorrect Delivery Details

LIOS cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
